The physicians of Del Rey MD are in-network for most health insurance plans. If you have questions concerning your coverage, billing or payments, please call our office at (310) 823-4444 or email us at billing@delreymd.com and we will be happy to help you. Unlike many medical offices today, we gladly accept health insurance from many major carriers!
If you elect to have surgery, we require patients to pre-pay the patient contribution of the total cost. The insurer will pay the balance, and our office will handle all aspects of collecting the insurer contribution. This policy supports the financial operations of the practice and helps simplify your experience, as you will not need to revisit detailed cost line items after your procedure.
Occasionally, the insurance company may overestimate the patient contribution. In this rare event, we will issue payment to the patient for the difference. Our billing manager is available to discuss your payments and account status. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our office policies.
